Images...Pulled off of a video shot using the wireless surveillance camera 'mounted' read:handheld) on the dashboard of a car. Self portraits are form setting up the unit and having it record whilst doing this. i have put them up as there is something kinda creepy about them. the colour and low quality creates a certain grotesque nature about them. I also added in the eye coverings on the last image...just to protect their identity...but again this goes back to the Black Bag Project from last year and the removal of identity...
How do these images relate to "truth"? do we believe these images more because there a photo?
I really like the movement captured in this one, the two figures are blurred shapes of grey, half looking towards the car/camera. It becomes almost abstract with this and the movements of the lights in the background.
