I saw her retrospective today at the Christchurch City Art Gallery - Incredible. Dark moody, infused with a sense of the macabre and a photographer that was really really interested in pushing the boundaries of decency and moral indignation. Something not often seen in photography and in my neck of the woods...Most noted and infamous for her series Black Carnival some of the other works like the series Le Dossier really got me interested.
Will post more about this...have to take photos...inspired...
